Hi Marc

Yeah I’ve read that post a while back. I like a lot of things Joel has to say. But in this case, we specifically wanted something that was open. There were some fundamental communication problems that we’re trying to address. We also have another floor, by the way, with offices. So if people want a private place to work then can do so.
